How long does a migration take?+
Every migration is completed within 14 days of kickoff. Most are done sooner — the 14-day window is a firm ceiling, not an estimate.
What data actually gets transferred?+
100% of your clinical data: patient charts, clinical notes, scanned documents, lab results, demographics, appointment history and billing history. If it's in your old EMR, it moves to the new one.
Will my clinic have any downtime?+
No. Your existing EMR stays fully live and in use throughout the entire migration. You only switch over once your validated data is confirmed complete in the new system.
Is my patient data secure?+
Yes. We are HIPAA compliant and sign a BAA before any data moves. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege and audited, and our working copy is permanently destroyed after you confirm go-live.
What does it cost?+

What happens if a record is missing?+
Our coverage guarantee means anything missing after go-live is reconciled at no additional cost. We don't consider a migration finished until it's verifiably 100% complete.
Do you sign a BAA?+
Always. A signed Business Associate Agreement is in place before we extract a single record, so your clinic stays compliant throughout.
